Shipping

How long will it take to ship my order?
We dispatch all online orders within 48 hours. All domestic orders take approximately 3-5 business days for delivery from the date of dispatch.

How do I track my order?
Orders once processed and shipped can be tracked using the tracking number on the shipping agency’s website. An e-mail is sent to the customer after the order is shipped with this tracking number along with the service provider information.

How much will shipping cost?
Domestic orders: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders and displayed product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
 
Could I change the shipping address of the order?
We cannot change the shipping address once the order has been placed.

Could I pick up my order from your outlet in Mumbai?
Online orders cannot be picked up from our outlet.

What if I am not home when the package is delivered?
Our delivery agents will attempt to deliver the package two times before it is returned to us. Please provide your complete & accurate address including zip code and mobile number to ensure a seamless and quick delivery.

Returns and Exchanges

What is The Pink Potli’s policy on returns and exchanges?
We follow the highest quality control standards and ensure that each product is made with the care and workmanship that our customers expect. As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
In case the product is damaged, the product can be exchanged - please email us details and images (if applicable) within 3 days of order receipt at thepinkpotli@gmail.com or call/whatsapp us on +91 9820921308. You will be asked to courier the product back to us at our mailing address. Please ensure that the product has not been used and the appropriate documentation has been maintained prior to returning the product(s). Only after careful review of the returned product by our quality team, will the decision to exchange the product be made. The return offer is only valid on products purchased on full price and not applicable on products purchased during a special promotion or sale.

Are in-store returns or exchanges allowed for online purchases?
Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores.

Which payment methods do you accept?
For domestic transactions, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including MasterCard, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks.

Do you have a “cash on delivery” option?
Yes, we offer cash on delivery facility for a convenience fee of Rs.100.

Yes, we do take bulk orders for gifting. We specialize in mehendi giveaways, bridal/trousseau hampers & corporate gifting. In such cases we like to talk/meet with the client(s) to understand what they are looking for and can customize based on their budgets and requirements. Do you customize bags?

The Pink Potli has a studio in Khar West, Mumbai and we see clients by appointment only.
